10 Workmanship Warranty

Every completed project includes a limited workmanship warranty based on the total project value. The warranty covers programming errors, bugs, or agreed functionality that does not operate correctly within the original delivered project.

Warranty periods

  • Projects under $1,000: 30-day workmanship warranty
  • Projects from $1,000 to $5,000: 60-day workmanship warranty
  • Projects over $5,000: up to a 90-day workmanship warranty

Covers

  • Programming errors in delivered code
  • Bugs caused by original development
  • Agreed functionality not operating correctly
  • Corrections needed to perform as agreed

Does not cover

  • New features, functionality, or scope changes
  • Redesigns or new integrations
  • Third-party changes or outside hosting problems
  • Changes by another developer
  • Requests outside the original agreement

The exact warranty period must be confirmed in the final project agreement.
